- * Payment conditions: 50% - Booking; 50% - Check-In;
- * Cancellation costs: 24h of antecedence no costs (except July and August);
- * July and August cancellation until 30 days, cost of 25% of the total booking; Between 30 days and 15 days, cost of 50% of the total booking; Less than 15 days cost of 100% of the booking;
- * Cleaning of the apartments:
- Daily (except on Sundays and bank holidays);
- Linen changing – once a week;
- Towels changing- twice a week.
